Gang bang is the second track included on Madonna's twelfth Studio album entitled MDNA. Madonna just wrapped up a year-long tour in honor of that album and to support it in promotion of it. It wasn't actually an entire year in length but it certainly felt like a year, starting at the end of May and only wrapping up at Christmas.
