Tiësto: Louder than Boom

I am just listening to Louder than Boom once again.  It's pretty exciting but not as exciting as it was earlier today while I was listening to it.  But that is because I was working out and it's always more exciting to listen to songs like that when I am exercising.

Tiësto vs. Junkie XL: Obsession

Obsession is a pretty good song.  I just started listening to it so I am not completely familiar with it, but so far so good.

Tiësto: Adagio for Strings

Adagio for Strings is a great song.  It reminds me of Europe and I love that.  Anyone who knows me knows I have an infatuation with Europe.  It most likely stems from the fact that I am Sagittarius and therefore ruled by Jupiter.  Jupiter has a moon named Europa and Europa is German for Europe.  My name Jason and that is the German form of Joshua and my last name, Crouse, is very Germanic; going all the way back to Germany originally spelled Krause.

Tiësto: Ten seconds before sunrise

Ten seconds before Sunrise starts off really slow but it is also extra long, something I love when it comes to Electronic music because it creates a great mood and it is very climactic.

Tiësto: Carpe Noctum (Spencer & Hill dub)

Now I am listening to Carpe Noctum.  It's the Spencer & Hill Dub and it's pretty exciting.  I love Dubs, so just the fact that it's a dub impresses me.

Tiësto: Elements of Life (Radio edit live from Copenhagen)

I am listening to the Radio edit live from Copenhagen of Elements of Life for the second time and it's pretty exciting.  It's somewhat short, but I can dig it for the time being.

Tiësto: Flight 643

Flight 643 is the first song on Tiësto's Greatest hits album entitled Magikal Journey: The Hits Collection.  It was released all the way back in 2001 but you would never know it, referring to the song I am blogging about and not the album.  The production is really tight and Tiësto mixes it like no other.

No Doubt featuring Busy Signal and Major Lazer: Push and Shove

Push and Shove is just what I expected, an amazing song.  It's so amazing that I was afraid to listen to it because I knew it would be amazing.  It features two artists I am not familiar with, however the Chorus is so strong that it doesn't matter who they are or if they are talented because Gwen Stefani, once again blows me away.

No Doubt: Looking Hot

Looking Hot is a great song.  I can't believe I waited this long to listen to it but quite frankly I am still listening to Settle Down and have not stopped.  I can see Looking Hot eclipsing Settle Down at some point but right now it's all about Settle Down, No Doubt's first official single since 2003.

No Doubt: Settle Down

I am watching the Music video for Settle Down again, because it is so amazing.  I am at the Library watching it on my tablet this time though.  That is on my BlackBerry PlayBook tablet computer.  I miss watching Music videos on my tablet but I disconnected my internet at home and it seems inappropriate to watch Music videos in public; especially at the Library.  Getting back to Settle Down, it is very well-written and I highly recommend it.

Gwen Stefani featuring Eve: Rich Girl

I just finished watching the Music video for Rich Girl by Gwen Stefani, featuring Eve.  I remember this video from all the way back in 2005 but it still blows me away to this day.  Eve is an amazing Rapper and Gwen Stefani is one of the most amazing persons in the world, but that goes without saying.  She is like a goddess to me.

Gwen Stefani: What you Waiting for?

I am just watching the Music video to What you waiting for? and it is pretty amazing.  This was the debut Music video for Gwen Stefani as a solo artist and it’s a pretty good Music video.  The Cinematography is not as exciting as Gwen Stefani’s following video but that is most likely because Eve is featured in that video and I love her.

Eve featuring Gwen Stefani: Let me Blow ya Mind

Let me Blow ya Mind is an amazing song.  It is most likely Eve’s most well-known song as an Artist because it features none other than Gwen Stefani who has made a major comeback in the year 2012.

Moby: South Side

South Side is an amazing song but mostly because of Gwen Stefani.  Gwen Stefani always makes the world a better place and to see her in the Music video for South Side is one of the most amazing experiences of my life.  She was amazing back then and she still is today, as far as that Music video goes among others, but in reality she is even more amazing now than back then because No Doubt’s most recent album is the best album I have ever heard.

Madonna: Live to Tell

I am just watching the live performance of Live to Tell from The Confessions Tour DVD and I already miss the Roman Catholic Church I was in the vicinity of today.  I don't go to church or anything, but I still pray.

Madonna: Jump

I just finished watching the live performance of Jump from The Confessions Tour DVD.  It was pretty good but I much prefer the live version of Live to Tell, most likely because it is not included on the Compact Disc that accompanies the DVD.  It is also a better song but Jump is amazing as well.  Jump is from Confessions on a Dance floor and so therefore it is more modern but Live to Tell is a Classic from 1984.

Madonna: Future Lovers/I Feel Love

I am just sitting here watching Future Lovers/I Feel Love from The Confessions Tour DVD.  It's great; it's from a tour of a similar name entitled simply Confessions Tour.  However in my opinion it should have been of the same name because it would have been easier from a sales point of view.  I have a hard time remembering which is which, myself.

Madonna: Isaac

Isaac is one of my favorite songs from Confessions on a Dance Floor even though it was never released as a single, but it did appear on her world tour set-list in support of the album on which it's from.  That album was Madonna's tenth Studio album.

Madonna: Future Lovers

I just finished listening to Future Lovers from Madonna's tenth Studio album entitled Confessions on a Dance floor.  It was pretty exciting but mostly because this song is very important to me and is also important to the Confessions Tour.  That tour is an amazing tour and I highly recommend it.  However I also recommend the album or Studio version as it provides clarity that is unmatched by the live version.

Madonna: Sorry

Sorry was released as the second single from Confessions on a Dance Floor or the follow-up single to Hung up.  It is a very well-written song and I appreciate the lyrics beyond compare even though they are a little harsh.  But that's why I like them.  The Music video is great as well.

Madonna: Hung up

Hung up was released as the lead single to Confessions on a Dance Floor and it's amazing.  I am including it on my latest Madonna Playlist in honor of the Confessions era.

Hamza Namira: Hansa

I just finished listening Hansa once again.  It was great, I love Hamza Namira's latest Studio album.  I am not completely familiar with it, but I have heard two other artists who are either both signed to Awakening records, Hamza Namira's label, or at least both appear on its YouTube channel; and since they are amazing and I am more familiar with their work.  It's safe to say that Hamza Namira's latest Studio album will be amazing as well.

Hamza Namira: Balady Ya Balady

Balady Ya Balady is a great song as well.  Hamza Namira is a very talented singer and person.  His Creative writing skills amaze me and I know very little Arabic; however I am very good at determining whether or not a song is well-written or not in any language.  Balady Ya Balady amazes me and most of Hamza Namira's second Studio album entitled Insan, does as well.  That is in stark contrast to most of the North American music I am accustomed to.

Hamza Namira: Wushoosh

Wushoosh is a great song.  I am so amazed at the level of excitement I feel while I am listening to this song, let alone this album.  The album is entitled Insan and it is Hamza Namira’s second Studio album.  It’s amazing and I highly recommend it.  I have a feeling that the Genre of Middle Eastern music is about to explode.  I for one, am tired of Country music and Hip hop at this point.

Hamza Namira: Ya Hanah!

I am just listening to Ya Hanah! because it is so exciting, but that's not the only reason.  I love listening to Middle Eastern music in the presence of Muslims and Arabic people in general.  It's very exciting and I am glad that I downloaded some of their music in honor of them.  They are inspirational to me.

Hamza Namira: Taghreeba II (Tazkarti)

Taghreeba II (Tazkarti) is such a great song.  I heard it before I downloaded it legally today, from iTunes.  But it sounds so much better as an iTunes MP3, not that MP3s from iTunes are super high quality as compared to Compact Discs, but they are the best I can do at this point with Hamza Namira; as the Compact Disc of this Studio album is not available on Amazon.com.  Having said that, it is still worth the purchase price as this particular Studio album is amazing.

Hamza Namira: Ya Muhawwin

Ya Muhawwin is a great song.  I just downloaded it legally along with the entire album on which it's from, from iTunes today.  I wanted to get it from Amazon.com but it wasn't available on Compact Disc and since I live in Canada, I don't have the option to download it on MP3 because MP3s from Amazon.com are not available as an option in Canada.  They are also not available on Amazon.ca which is Amazon.com's sister website.

Hamza Namira: Ewidooni

I am just listening to Ewidooni from Hamza Namira's latest Studio album entitled Insan.  It's a great album and I highly recommend it as it is great for English speaking individuals like me trying to learn Arabic.  Arabic is one of the funnest languages for me because it has such a huge impact on the world these days, unlike French for example.

Madonna: Celebration

I am just watching the Music video for Celebration and it's pretty exciting.  I am kind of tired of it to be honest with you but that is mostly because I have owned the video in MPEG format since 2009 and I have also owned it on DVD since around the same time as well.  It's a great video but I am ready for some new material and Madonna always delivers so it's just a matter of time before she releases something amazing.

Madonna: Hung up

I am just watching the Music video for Hung up because it is so amazing.  It was directed by Johan Renck and although I have never heard of him, he is pretty good in my opinion.

Madonna: American Pie

American Pie is a great song in this day and age because in my opinion America is dead, or almost. It took me a long time to accept that but I have slowly realized that over the years, in recent memory, considering I always keep trying to keep it alive in my own way but it's useless.  It's pretty much prophetic that it would happen; but the European Union will definitely fill the void.

Madonna: The Power of Good-Bye

The Power of Good-bye is a great song and the Music video is amazing.  The message behind the song is that Creation comes when you learn to say no and unfortunately I have learned that the hard way.

Madonna: You’ll See

I am just watching the Music video for You'll See and it's pretty amazing.  I couldn't even write my Blog entry while I was watching it because it was so good.

Madonna: I’ll Remember

The Music video for I'll Remember is amazing.  I can remember watching this video when I was a child, all the way back in the 90s when I lived at home with my parents.  It's crazy because I waited so long for this video to come out and when it did I couldn't stop watching it; all these years later it takes on a whole new meaning.

Madonna: Rain

It's so crazy because I was just Blogging about Mark Romanek last night, talking about how good his work was since he directed Hella Good for No Doubt.  It turns out that he directed the Music video for a song very dear to my heart entitled Rain. That song is so amazing and the video is great.

No Doubt featuring Busy Signal and Major Lazer: Push and Shove

I just finished watching the Music video for Push and Shove, for the first time.  I am afraid to go any further with Push and Shove, referring to the album as a whole, because it is literally the best album I have ever heard.  Even eclipsing MDNA at this point and that says a lot, however not by much; but I have been waiting for Push and Shove for over ten years now whereas MDNA was only four years in comparison.

No Doubt: Looking Hot

I have been listening to Looking Hot quite a bit, and it is a pretty amazing song. It reminds me of the days of old, when Gwen Stefani used to sing as she does on this particular song, for example during the Tragic Kingdom era more or less.  It has a great tone and the lyrics are pretty heavy, as far as how deep they go.  They aren't the most metaphoric lyrics, but they go to a place that in my opinion represents the future of Music.

No Doubt: Settle Down

I can’t help but listen to Settle Down again and again.  It is my new favorite song, without a doubt, no pun intended.  No Doubt is absolutely one of my favorite bands ever, if not my favorite; including but not limited to Boy bands and the like.  Gwen Stefani is such a Superstar that I can’t even begin to tell you.

No Doubt: Hella Good

Hella Good is my favorite No Doubt video ever I think, preceding the Push and Shove era.  It is so good and Gwen Stefani looks like a goddess in it.  It is so well-written, and once again the Cinematography is amazing.  Gwen Stefani is a superstar.

No Doubt featuring Bounty Killer: Hey Baby

Hey Baby was the lead single released from Rock Steady which is essentially No Doubt's second most successful album of all-time, thus far.  Push and Shove might do better however at this point it doesn't look like it will but it is better, in my opinion.

No Doubt: Ex-Girlfriend

Hype Williams directed the Music video for Ex-Girlfriend and it shows.  The Cinematography is excellent and the band members perform really well in front of the camera.

No Doubt: New

I am just watching the Music video for New again.  I have to stop Blogging about this video so much.  But I want to Blog about songs that are familiar to me as opposed to the songs on Push and Shove that I am not as familiar with.

No Doubt: Settle Down

I am listening to Settle Down again.  I am so excited to finally get another Compact Disc, let alone one featuring Gwen Stefani as the lead singer of No Doubt, my favorite Rock band of all time.  I have waited ten years for this Studio album but it was completely worth the wait and I am dying to listen to it.  As far as I know I will be getting it in about a week, written before I received it.

No Doubt: Looking Hot

I couldn't even listen to Looking Hot because it was so good and I wanted to devote my entire attention to it.  I will however listen to it soon, because now that I have heard a bit, I want more. Looking Hot is the next single as far as I know (written before confirmation of the release of it), released from Push and Shove.

Gwen Stefani: Wind it Up

Wind it Up was released as the lead single from Gwen Stefani's second Studio album entitled The Sweet Escape.  Gwen Stefani didn't exactly suffer the Sophomore curse with the release of this album.  However it didn't do as well as her preceding album and she hasn't released another and most likely will not.

Gwen Stefani featuring Akon: The Sweet Escape

The Sweet Escape is not my favorite Gwen Stefani song of all-time.  But it's pretty good.  Akon is not my favorite artist and so it was hard to climb aboard this train.  Not only did he co-write this song, but he is featured on it and produced it as well.

Gwen Stefani: Now that You got it

Now that You got it is a pretty good song.  Produced by Swizz Beatz, it was released as the fourth single to Gwen Stefani's second Studio album entitled The Sweet Escape.

Gwen Stefani featuring Pharrell: Yummy

Yummy featuring Pharrell is an amazing song even though it was not released as a single to The Sweet Escape.  It was produced by The Neptunes and co-written by Pharrell Williams, but The Neptunes are Pharrell Williams' recording duo so he is practically responsible for the entire song; which is most likely why I like it so much.

Gwen Stefani: Fluorescent

Fluorescent is a pretty good song.  It makes more sense to me now than it did back then, but I am desperate for Gwen Stefani and No Doubt material at this point.  Fluorescent was not released as a single to The Sweet Escape but it's very well-written, and is actually produced by Tony Kanal; the bass guitar player for No Doubt.  No Doubt is Gwen Stefani's band in case you have been asleep for the last ten years.
