Maroon 5: V

I just downloaded my very first Maroon 5 album. It's entitled V and it is their fifth, released in 2014. It's a pretty good album but not being a big Maroon 5 fan, I can't say it's their best. However there is one track included on it that I like in particular, featuring none other than Gwen Stefani.

Gwen Stefani: Spark the Fire

Spark the Fire was released as a promotional single from Gwen Stefani's upcoming third studio album, late last year. There is still no date set for the release of it which makes me lose interest very fast when there is so much other great new material out there. I still like Spark the Fire and so on but I have lost interest in this supposed third studio album yet again.

Gwen Stefani: Baby Don't Lie

Baby Don't Lie was released as the lead single from Gwen Stefani's upcoming third studio release. Apparently, according to what I read, Gwen Stefani had an entire album ready for release and then scrapped it. We shall now see what the final product sounds like, but so far so good with the release of Used to Love You.

Gwen Stefani: Used to Love You

Used to Love You was released as the second single from Gwen Stefani's upcoming studio album. It will be her third and this particular single is quite amazing. It is very well-written and sounds great with Gwen Stefani's vocals. I love the way in which Gwen Stefani sings, in my opinion it is very original and unique.

R. City ft. Adam Levine: Locked Away

Locked Away is a great song, due in large part to Adam Levine. He provides vocals on the track as he is a featured artist on the track. It is very well-written but what sold me as far as the song went was Adam Levine's part. He blows me away with his emotionally sensitive lyrics. They are very authentic and he is just a great singer above and beyond that.

Calvin Harris ft. Gwen Stefani: Together

Together was included as the thirteenth track on Calvin Harris' studio album entitled Motion. Motion is a great album, due in large part to the track entitled Together. It features Gwen Stefani and the vocals provided by her make for a great song. The beat is good and so I highly recommend Motion in its entirety and not just the track Together.

Maroon 5 ft. Gwen Stefani: My Heart Is Open

My Heart Is Open is the title of the eleventh track included on Maroon 5's fifth studio album entitled V. Gwen Stefani is featured on the track, hence my reason for putting her in the mix with Maroon 5. Maroon 5 released V in 2014 and they performed this track along with Gwen Stefani at the 57th annual Grammy Awards.

Daft Punk: Derezzed

Listening to Derezzed again, but this time on Compact Disc; that is my preferred method, even in this age of Digital Download. The thing is, I just can't find the right software for downloading as I want to support Amazon.

Daft Punk: Flynn lives

Flynn Lives is the 20th track on the Tron:Legacy soundtrack. It is like the finale version of the third track on the album entitled The son of Flynn. They have a similar feel, similar title and the same theme, Flynn. The Tron:Legacy soundtrack is a great album, the movie is also interesting.

Daft Punk: Crescendolls

Crescendolls was not released as an official single from Discovery but it is a very exciting track none the less. It's like a party anthem, even in this time of no more partying. I think that my partying has driven people mad because I did it so much and I get so out of control.

Daft Punk: Aerodynamic

Aerodynamic was released as the second single from Discovery, following in One More time's lead and I must say it was a great choice. Not only that but One More time and Aerodynamic are the first and second tracks listed on Discovery so it flow so much more easily than some albums.

Daft Punk: Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger

Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger is a great track included on the album entitled Discovery. That album was released by Daft Punk in 2001 and is their second Studio album. Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger is the fourth track included on that album and it was also released as the fourth single from that album. The Black Eyed Peas sampled the title of that song in their 2009 smash hit, Boom Boom Pow.

Daft Punk featuring Pharrell Williams: Lose yourself to dance

Lose yourself to dance is quite a phenomenal track. It features Pharrell Williams which in my opinion is what makes it so phenomenal. However as far as Hip hop goes, I have practically given up on that Genre of Music. It's seems buried in the sand, if you know what I mean. For instance, I bought my last Hip hop CD last year and have not looked back. Even the coveted sub-genre of electrohop seems pretty nonexistent.

Tiësto: Ten seconds before sunrise (First State’s a Global Taste remix)

The remix entitled First State's a Global Taste remix of the track entitled Ten seconds before sunrise is a pretty interesting remix. I am just getting into it but it appears on the Compilation album released by Tiesto named Elements of Life (remixed). It was released in 2008 and I just received it on Compact Disc yesterday.

Drake: 6 God

6 God is the title of the seventh track included on Drake's mixtape entitled If You're Reading This It's Too Late. 6 God has quickly become my favorite track on the tape. It's amazing and amazingly-written. It's also amazingly-produced. Drake is a very high quality rapper, one of the best. Right now he is my favorite.

Drake: Energy

Energy is the second single that was released from If You're Reading This It's Too Late. That is the title of Drake's fourth commercial release, what Drake refers to as a mixtape. It's extraordinary and the music video for Energy is great as well. Energy is a very well-written song and reflects the entire album, being very well-produced and well-written itself.

Drake: Madonna

Madonna is the sixth track included on If You're Reading This It's Too Late. I was very surprised to see a track named Madonna on a Drake mixtape. It shocks me. I am a huge Madonna fan but I had no idea that Drake had respect for Madonna, although how could you not? But he doesn't just have respect for Madonna in my opinion, rather pays homage to her on this joint.

Drake: If You're Reading This It's Too Late

I am so impressed with my purchase of If You're Reading This It's Too Late. It's such a great mixtape and one of the best records I have ever heard. I was just telling someone today how good it is as I am that impressed with it. It is extremely well-written and extremely well-produced.

Drake ft. Lil Wayne: HYFR (Hell Ya F***ing Right)

HYFR (Hell Ya F***ing Right) was released as the third single for all intense purposes, from Drake's second studio album entitled Take Care. I just downloaded it over three years upon its release. However, it has such a great sound that it has barely aged whatsoever. I highly recommend it therefore and the first two singles released from Take Care, Headlines and the title track itself Take Care.

Future ft. Drake: Where Ya At

Where Ya At was released as the lead single from Future's third studio album entitled DS2. It features Canadian rapper Drake which is exquisite because I think he is an amazing rapper. I also think that the title of Future's third studio album, DS2, reminds me of the Nintendo DS handheld gaming console. Where Ya At is a great track.

Drake: Over

Over was released as the lead single from Drake's debut studio album entitled Thank Me Later. Thank Me Later was a great album, due in large part to the lead single aforementioned above. Over is very well-written and even though it has aged a bit, it is still fun to listen to.

Steve Angello: SLVR

I just bought the single for SLVR. It was a great decision. SLVR is one of my favorite tracks from Swedish House Mafia's live soundtrack album entitled One Last Tour. However, since it is a live version I wanted to hear the original or album version. That is where the single comes in. I don't know if SLVR is available on an album so I bought the single instead.

Steve Angello: Monday

I just downloaded the single for Monday. It contains two tracks. One is a remix. Monday is a great track. I am very familiar with it off hand since it was included on Swedish House Mafia's first compilation album entitled Until One. Until One is a great album. But as far as Swedish House Mafia goes, their second and final compilation album Until Now is their best.

Axwell Λ Ingrosso: Sun is Shining

I just downloaded the Sun is Shining maxi-single from iTunes. It was a great decision. The first remix is amazing. There are four remixes in total and even though some of the others sound good, right now I am too infatuated with the first one to entertain them. The first remix is entitled the Marcus Schossow & Years remix.

Swedish House Mafia: Save the World

I just bought the rest of the remixes included on the maxi-single for Save the World. It's pretty interesting however it is not succeeding in keeping my interest like the maxi-single for Sun is Shining. That was the other maxi-single that I downloaded at the same time. That single was released by Axwell Λ Ingrosso whereas Save the World was released by Swedish House Mafia.
