TiK ToK was released as the first ever single by Ke$ha, her debut single. It's from her debut album entitled Animal and I highly recommend that album with its four hit singles. Those singles are in no particular order, Blah blah blah featuring 3OH!3, Your love is my drug, Take it off and the song aforementioned above.
