That episode of Private Practice was pretty good. God knows that it’s not the best show but it’s pretty good for a spin-off, from Grey’s Anatomy that is. Anyhow the plot is pretty weak but AmyBrenneman is in it from Judging Amy and that makes it exciting. But it is a little bit old fashioned complete with its 80s sounding soundtrack that featured a song by the lead vocalist of the Go-Go’s, Belinda Carlisle. The song was from her debut album after her split from the Go-Go’s and it was entitled Mad About You. The song really brought me back and it just goes to show what demographic this show is targeting. I would guess married women from my own age group. That would be 30 – 35 if I was guessing.
