I just finished the first half of the Fighter and I am completely amazed. Although this is my third time seeing the film, the laughter never stops. It’s a great film for laughter and the plot is amazing. This movie is so well-written and well-produced that I can’t even begin to tell you even though there are little to no special effects. It’s definitely not that type of film, but what it is, is a great art-type, independent film. Even though it is not an independent film at all, but it definitely reminds you of that. It has great character development and the storyline is completely enticing and leaves you on the edge of your seat at all times.
I just completed the second half of the Fighter so I am completely through with this movie for the third time this year and that would also be the third time in history given that I received this movie on disc earlier this year. It was a great movie, but it’s had its time. I am not looking forward to having to watch it again although I may, and although at that time I may feel differently about it, but I have seen too much of the Fighter this year and that isn’t even much compared to how many times I used to watch other movies in one given year. So let’s just say I am looking forward to getting some new material because it has literally been months since I have seen a new movie or received one on disc.
