Incomplete was released as the lead single from Never Gone. Never Gone was the Backstreet Boys' fifth Studio album released in the year 2005. They then went on to release a Studio album every following two years until the year 2009, when they stopped. This was following a hiatus of five years, when in the year 2000 they released a Studio album.
