Jai Ho! (You are my destiny) was released from the film entitled Slumdog Millionaire. That film was released in 2008 and the song from the film, Jai Ho! was released by A R Rahman. But the Pussycat Dolls released their own version with him included and they decided to feature Nicole Sherzinger on lead vocals as she was breaking out from them at the time for a solo career.
