Incomplete was released as the lead single to the
Backstreet Boys’ long-awaited follow-up to Black & Blue, entitled Never Gone. Never Gone was the fifth Studio album released by the Backstreet Boys, internationally and it was essentially
five years in the making after a huge run-up in the late 90s for them. They took a hiatus and have pretty much not
stopped since their comeback with an album due next year even.
