The Tudors

That was a great episode of The Tudors. I started the series again for the second time because I was so impressed with it the first time around and did so much research for it that I found I wanted to have a second look at it considering the plot is so interesting. You may not find it as interesting as me, but since I live in a Commonwealth country that is a former British Colony therefore part of the once British Empire, I find it particularly interesting given my interest in the British Monarchy, probably the most famous Monarchy in the entire world throughout all of history; having said that, this television series goes way back to the time of the Renaissance and is deeply rooted in the Middle Ages, or Medieval Times. That certainly is a mouthpiece, but this show really does highlight that entire time period so well and it would be a shame not to describe it in its description. Anyhow I recommend this show to anyone familiar with the British Monarchy as it is a beautiful piece of work and nowadays there are not many of us untouched by the former British Empire which preceded the American Empire.
