Alicia Keys you are beginning to bore me. First of all I finally decide to start supporting you financially and you come out with one album that I buy. I realize that I have stopped buying albums overall but just because I have done so does not give you the right to slack off, joking of course, but seriously I downloaded, legally, the first two singles from your latest studio album and then you fall off the face of the planet. Of course I understand that you got married and had children recently but that is what often marks the end of someone’s career, and you had it all going on. It kind of reminds me of Gwen Stefani, and there is only one person in my mind that has overcome that, for lack of a better word, hindrance, and that is the Queen of Pop, herself, Madonna. Ok so there have been others, but who has been able to surface to the top again so successfully, while also being a great mother at the same time? Madonna is an exceptional mother I realize but I hope that you will be able to impress me once again as you have so often done in the past. I am looking forward to your future work, and will wait patiently while you pursue your next hit. Please let it be something special because you were on such a role and it’s difficult to jump back onboard without a major shock to the system referring to at least one number one hit.
