Papa don't preach was released in 1986 and as far as I know Madonna has not performed it since the Blond Ambition tour. I have to check my facts on that but to the best of my recollection that is how it is. Actually I just checked and she performed it on the Re-invention tour in 2004 but there was only a Documentary released of that tour.

Madonna: Papa Don’t preach (live MDNA world tour)
Papa don't preach was released in 1986 and as far as I know Madonna has not performed it since the Blond Ambition tour. I have to check my facts on that but to the best of my recollection that is how it is.
