I am in the middle of watching Battle: Los Angeles and it is quite interesting. I just wrapped up the first half and having only seen it once, it was quite interesting to see again. Of course I am watching it on Blu-ray Disc but this time I am not watching it on an HDTV which is what is missing from my life. I now watch these movies on my HD monitor which is not nearly as good but good none the less. I am however looking forward to getting my own HDTV in the New Year (written in 2011). It will have to be Panasonic of course with true High Definition, which is 1080p.
I finally finished Battle: Los Angeles and it was quite amazing. Not amazing until the end though. Aaron Eckhart is great and he is the lead actor in this film, however the most inspiring actor in this film was Will Rothhaar. He is a relatively unknown actor however his acting would garner him a Best Supporting Actor if this film was a little bit more highly produced. It lacks a true direction and therefore the plot is weak along with the storyline.
