Isobel was released as the second single from Post, Bjork's third Studio album. Bjork is from Iceland. Iceland is an island in the North Atlantic, closer to Europe, but about halfway to America. It is a candidate country waiting to become a Member state of the EU, if or when all member states agree on its accession.
