We Belong Together was released as the second single from The Emancipation of Mimi. We Belong Together is essentially Mariah Carey's most successful single in my opinion. I watched that song climb to #1 and stay there for weeks. It was exciting and I can't remember being that excited about a #1 ever before, nor since.
