Ray of Light was released as the second single from the album of the same name. That was a great summer when that song had reached the height of its popularity, all the way back in 1998. The dot com bubble had not popped yet and even though that sector as a whole has outperformed the stock market as of late, 2013; it still has a long way to go before the Nasdaq, for example reaches its former peak.
