Jimmy was released as Kala’s second single, Kala
being M.I.A.’s second Studio album.
Jimmy did ok financially speaking, but it wasn’t until the release of
Paper Planes that really blew this album out of the water. That song was featured on the Slumdog Millionaire Soundtrack album along with another song I just finished Blogging
about entitled Jai Ho. Between Jai Ho
and Paper Planes, I can’t decide which is a better song as far as the Slumdog Millionaire Soundtrack album goes; however Jimmy, the song I am currently
Blogging about, is a great tune and the Music video is pretty outstanding as
well.
