Touch My Body was released as the lead single from E=MC^2. E=MC^2 was a great album, the title was even better in my opinion. This is my thinking; Mariah Carey wanted to play off the title for her preceding album. That album was entitled The Emancipation of Mimi, I am not sure if anyone sees this but it looks like [E] might represent Emancipation and MC would be Mariah Carey of course. Therefore you get Emancipation=MariahCarey exponent 2 or to the power of 2, so squared, which is somewhat like saying the sequel to The Emancipation of Mimi.
