Vision of Love was released as Mariah Carey's debut single. This is where the story of Mariah Carey begins for me. I have basically been following her since then unlike Madonna who started before I was completely conscious of the Music industry; considering I was born at the end of 1977 and she released her first single in 1982. So getting back to Mariah, I didn't really like Vision of Love and still don't but it did get my attention.
