Express Yourself was released as the second single from Like a Prayer, Madonna's fourth Studio album. 1989 was an exciting year, due in large part to the release of the album entitled Like a Prayer. The title track was released as the lead single and Cherish followed Express Yourself later that year. If that wasn't enough, Oh Father was released at the end of 1989.
