I Still Believe was released as #1's third single in 1999. I can remember when it was released and I was very happy at the moment. It was winter but I was thrilled to hear such a compassionate Mariah Carey song, she really knows how to hit those high notes. Above and beyond that, it was released from a great Compilation album that is more of a Greatest hits album if you ask me. Mariah Carey really knows how to impress me.
