I am not sure if there is any difference between the album version of Radar that appears on Blackout versus Circus, but it seems to sound better on Circus. It was released as an official single from that album whereas was not on the preceding album even though it appeared there. It didn't make much sense to me at the time but it was probably a good choice in order to at least catch my eye.
