Gwen Stefani: What you Waiting for?

I am listening to What you waiting for? and it's pretty exciting.  What you waiting for? was released as the debut single from Gwen Stefani as a Solo artist and that was exciting for me because I love her as an artist.  She is originally part of what I call the Supergroup No Doubt, although they do not meet the qualifications of what is considered a Supergroup per say.  That terminology is mostly reserved for the likes of NKOTBSB.  As of late, nothing else really comes to mind but there have been others throughout History.
