Straight through my heart was released as the lead single from This is us, the Backstreet Boys' seventh Studio album. That album only spawned two singles but the album that preceded it had a pretty good run. That album was entitled Unbreakable and the tour was entitled the Unbreakable tour. In fact, I was so impressed with the preceding album that I went to one of their concerts that was in support of it.
