Beautiful Killer has not been
released as an official single from Madonna's twelfth Studio album, however
it's a great song. It is included on the
Deluxe edition of MDNA so therefore it will most likely not be released as a
single either since most songs on Deluxe editions of Studio albums are rarely
released as singles. However this song
is extremely well-written and should definitely be listened to at least once if
you purchase the Deluxe edition of MDNA.
That is most definitely the edition I recommend since the Party Rock remix of Give me all Your Luvin' is also included on that edition.
