Jennifer Lopez featuring Pitbull: On the Floor

On the Floor was the first extremely successful single by Jennifer Lopez in years.  It was effectively released ten years after her last big hit: Jenny from the Block.  That song was actually released in 2002 and that single was from her third English-language studio album: This Is Me…  Then.  On the Floor, however, is from her seventh studio album, so you can see that there is a huge divergence from hit songs or even albums; as we went from 3rd to 7th studio album.  However, one of those studio albums was a Spanish-language album.
